Bread & Roses II
  • This collection was inspired by the 1911 poem, “Bread and Roses”, which gave voice to the women’s movement for equality. In order to thrive, we not only need our bodies nourished, but our souls through beauty.

Richly colored roses contrast the stark background, alluding to the plight of women across the ages, who strive to make the world a more beautiful place.
